Goal of galvanizing is to cover the surface of the metal with a corrosion-resistant protective layer and/or give it a decorative appearance.

Standard zinc layer thickness is 9-12 μm, maximum thickness up to 25 μm.

Production line capacity:

• On pendants when galvanizing: 6-6.5 m2 per hour

• When drum galvanizing: 120 kg per hour

Coating color shades:

• Blue passivation

• Yellow passivation

• Black passivation
