VG Holding LTD currently monitors clients’ needs and offers possible solutions. Development history sees the implementation of new galvanical processes since company’s founding.

The first galvanical process offered by VG Holding were electrolytic zinc plating in 1993. Following were electro polishing of stainless steel and oxidation ordinary steel (1995), aluminum anodic oxidation (1999) and brass chemical polishing (2001). All of company’s processes were developed based on customers’ needs.

Aluminium Anodizing

Electropolishing

Maximum parts dimensions:
1000 x 400 x 600 mm
In stecial cases parts up to 1,5 m can be treated.

Zink Coating

The aim of zinc coating is to cover the surface of metal with a corrosion safe layer and/or give surface a decorative appearance.

Brass Polishing

Brass polishing is our latest process taken into work. The line was built in the year 2000 and production began in January 2001.

Connectors

The product is used for installing sewer systems. The products are designed for sealing and connecting the drain pipe.

Black Oxidizing of Steel

Black oxidizing gives the steel a very good protection against corrosion.
The final results is smooth and matt/lusterless surface.
